We had two balloons at the Water Tower for a tether during the best of Louisville Magazine celebration. Restaurants and vendors from all over the Louisville area were there for the celebration. We had the Dallas Jewelers balloons on the front lawn. One is a normal size (three passenger) balloon, the other is a single seat “hopper” style balloon.
